One of the items we were required to pack was a balaklava. A balaklava is like a ski (or terrorist) mask covering your head and neck, leaving only your eyes exposed to the weather. I asked my cousin Elif to custom knit one for me, and she made this one with kashmir.
My sunglasses are Julbo Colorado with leather sides (which you can’t see in this photo) in order to block as much of the light as possible. The arms of the glasses are flexible and bend around my ears for a snug fit.
